The following information is provided to ensure that the conditions and circumstances under which the course is offered are clear and understood.

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of NZ$1000 is due when we receive this registration. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the course start date.
2. Cancellation: Should you cancel 1 month before the course start date you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. There will be no refunds after this date.
3. Injury: It is a condition of the course that all students are fully insured against injury, sickness and loss. In the event of injury, sickness or accident interrupting the course, NZ Snowboard Training shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising there from. No refunds can be made if a student leaves the course prior to completion.
4. Minimum Age: All students must be at least 18 years of age prior to commencement of the course.
