Japan-based Ski & Snowboard Instructor courses are now provided by Snow Trainers in Niseko, on the island of Hokkaido in Japan . With an average snowfall of 46 feet / 14 metres Niseko has some of the best and deepest powder snow in the world. Come and experience the wonderful Japanese culture while training for your Ski or Snowboard Instructor qualifications in Japan.

Hirafu Village, Niseko
Snow Trainers Ski and Snowboard Instructor Courses are based in Hirafu, Niseko where you can ski and ride 4 resorts on one pass – An’nupuri, Higashiyama, Hirafu and Hanazono. With night skiing until 9 o’clock every night its possible to ski and ride twelve hours a day.
Hirafu is a lively mountain village located between Mt Annupuri and Mt Yotei. Hirafu has fantastic scenery, 5 hot springs (onsens), and a variety of restaurants and bars. Hirafu sees many international visitors so it is quite easy to get by only speaking English. At the same time there are many traditional Japanese restaurants and activities where you can immerse yourself in the local culture. |
Accommodation
The lodge is situated in the village of Hirafu and is a short walk from the base of the biggest ski area Grand Hirafu. There is also a free local bus that frequently loops the town if your legs just can’t cope after 12 hours of riding powder!
Rooms are on a shared basis or we can organise single or double rooms if required.

Getting here is easy via the international airport in Sapporo which has flights from Australia, Europe and the USA as well as frequent connecting flights from Tokyo. From here we will organise your transfer to Hirafu, Niseko. |
