NZ
Snowboard Training provides a 10-week program based in Queenstown,
New Zealand. Our aim is to develop the skills necessary for you to successfully
achieve the New Zealand Snowboard Stage One Qualification, and to develop
your own riding skills, while having a great time in Queenstown. The New
Zealand Stage 1 Qualification is a world recognised qualification which
allows you to teach snowboarding to an intermediate level.
All our
trainers are NZSIA examiners and highly qualified coaches with several
seasons of experience. Our class sizes are kept to a maximum of five to
ensure the highest level of participation and interaction between coach
and student. Our accommodation is NZ Snowboard Training's own fully
self contained apartments located in the heart of Queenstown. Our
10 Week Program includes the following:

Days of on-snow training
at either Coronet Peak or The Remarkables ski areas by our fully qualified
professional trainers and NZSIA examiners. Our class sizes are kept to
a maximum of five to ensure the highest level of participation and interaction
between coach and student.
10 Weeks Accommodation in central Queenstown. Accommodation is
in our own two bedroom apartments with your own kitchen facilities and
is on a shared room basis. A 10 week stay will give you a few days to
acclimatise before we start our training on snow, and also allow time
for you to sit your exam and have a bit of a party before leaving Queenstown.
Heliboard Trip. We fly with the best guides so you can ride the
sickest terrain. An experience not to be missed.
3 Mountain Season Pass for Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Ohau.
Mountain Transport from Queenstown to Coronet Peak and Remarkables,
7 days a week including night boarding.

Day Backcountry Course including avalanche rescue training.
Park
and Pipe Sessions focusing on developing your freestyle skills. We
will be utilising some of New Zealand's best freestyle riders to help
you progress, no matter what your ability level.
Video Analysis Sessions to develop your
own riding and work on the necessary analytical skills for your exam.

Snowboard Exam fees and Technical Manual.
Snowboard
'Park Jacket' and Hoody from RPM.
Bungy Jump at Queenstown's famous K Bridge.
Airport Transfer from Queenstown Airport. We will meet you, get
you checked into your accommodation and show you where the pub is.
